- First, peel and wash all the carrots and put them in a container to dry properly.
- Now grate all the carrots and set aside

- Add cardamom powder to it and sauté for 10 seconds
- Its time to add grated carrots to the pan and mix it well
- Now add milk and cream to carrots and mix well
- Cover and cook until carrots become soft
- When the carrots are cooked well, open the lid and fry the halwa until all liquid ingredients dry and the carrots release all the oil.
- Gradually add sugar in halwa according to your taste
- According to my taste, 3/4 cup of sugar is enough for 2kg of carrots.
- Sugar releases its water, so fry again until it dissolves properly and the ghee separates.
- Ultimately, you can sprinkle nuts; otherwise, skip them.
